Return & Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with a product or made a mistake in your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of purchase. Shipping and handling are not included in refunds. We do not provide shipping labels for returns. AVYNA is not responsible for returns that are lost or missing in transit.
*** AVYNA will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
Once we receive the products we will make the refund right away, refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reach your credit card/bank account, depending on the financial institution.
